Paxum can't withdrawl money for 4 months

Ok, I've put off posting this for months. I switched banks about 4 months ago. Ever since then I have not been able to withdrawl a dime no matter what I do. I have been going back and forth for 4 months about it, no matter what instructions they give me I do them, then get an excuse why I still dont have my money. As anyone knows who we are, we are probably the oldest adult paysite in the world, over 20 years old. We are Epoch's oldest client, probably CCbill's too. In 22 years of dealing with thousands of people in this business, i have never encountered anything like this. I have a substantial amount of money in there, and it would be a LOT more but I have had to put all incoming monies on hold, so I'm out over $40,000 right now because of this. No matter what they tell me to do, i do it, and it doesn't work. They asked me to switch my address of the bank today, so I did, then it just says "wrong routing number" when I didn't do anything but use the drop down menu to change my address exactly as they instructed. I will tell them things like this, then many days go by before they even reply to tell me to do the next thing to do that is just another delay. In 22 years of being at the top of this business, I don't think I've ever had to come on here on GFY and complain about any company until now.

You need to contact the right guy - Ruth B.
She usually get things settled which their usual support don't.

I'm sorry you felt you needed to bring this to GFY. I have been working with you to resolve this, and I currently have a query into accounting to fix the problem that was caused from updating your bank address, and it should be resolved shortly.

Unfortunately when I asked you to update your address in the bank account details, I had meant your own address and not the bank's address, and that is what caused the problem. I've asked accounting to fix it so that you don't have to deal with it again. I'm awaiting a response and I'll reply via email when I have one.

Thanks :)

Hi BlacksonBlondes,

Please check your email as I have replied to you there. The problem has been fixed and the withdrawal has been initiated and is processing. You should receive payment in a few days.

Thanks,

Ruth :)

Why didn't you initiate a wire by hand?
