Hello, does anyone here use Transferwise to get Wires from sponsors or to get your cards charged? I wonder if they have a restrictive policy, opinions?

Please do a search here. Transferwise is far from adult-friendly. It's proscribed in their ToS and they do check your business info when signing up.

There's many better options out there for sending/receiving wires that don't explicitly ban adult in their ToS like Transferwise does.

You can use them in many other ways than direct sponsor payments.

Figured you were asking for adult webmaster uses.
Still many better options out there.
