I became completely debt free in personal and business this week

Next up is liquidating most assets (already in the works) at what I think is the height and stacking large amounts reserves in preparation for a future buying spree.

What's your plan? Buying some bitcoin on a credit card? What's up? What's down?

slapass 04-13-2018 11:49 PM

Not many, I like to stay close to owing as little rubles as possible. In fact I've never owned or owed any.

RedFred 04-14-2018 04:15 AM

Interpretation - you just filed for bankruptcy and you are being forced to liquidate by the bankruptcy court.

Not at the moment. I paid cash for some retirement property last year and building a house there out of pocket right now. I spent the last 2-3 years buying most everything needed there for a pretty high end build at a fraction of original cost via auctions and shit and storing at my business. Trying to do it like they did in the old days.. When I say "height" real estate in my area is way beyond out of control. 2 to 3 times '08 levels on average. Have always paid cash for my vehicles.

Good for you :thumbsup!

Bladewire 04-14-2018 02:30 PM

Guranteed your bullshit about being debt free is as true as your pizzagate theory you pushed here for months.

A commercial property I've been working on acquiring for awhile. Made several offers but their expectations are higher than my willingness to purchase. Like everyone in this area they think they are sitting on a gold mine but I'm the only person at the table right now. They are leaning more my way the longer I drag it out so it's looking promising. We have agreed on a price but there's technically 3 properties involved and 1 I don't want so they either have to split it off or come down on the price. If that falls through I may just go fishing for a few years. :thumbsup

If you paid attention someone actually posted a link to my current business some time ago. He was smart enough to dig it up from a comment I made. I've made quite a few references to what I do. So once again there's nothing to hide. It's just funner keeping you in the dark.

You've never been able to produce a link to this pizzagate claim.. Still waiting.

Do I think John Podesta is a sick fuck who would do such things? Absolutely.

Oh look Mr. anonymous is a wheeler and dealer and set for life when he posts online from his grandma's basement in Syktyvkar, Russia.

Why do you think we believe you when you post here anonymously online? It's not the 1990's nowdays only scammers & liars post anonymously in forums talking nonstop about how set for life they are financially and how much property they own :winkwink:

Never said I was set for life. Never met one grandmother she died before I was born as did my grandfather. My grandfather was killed in a robbery of his store and my grandmother killed herself not long after because she didn't want to live life without him. The other is 93 and in a nursing home. But nice try.

Why would you want to be debt free when borrowed money is the cheapest its been in history? I don't know how it works where you live, but here in Sydney the person who gets to split a multiple dwelling property into separate titles is the one who stands to make the most. If you have the money for one, try and buy the lot, get the permissions needed to separate, give them a quick make over and flip.

The Porn Nerd 04-15-2018 10:20 AM

Great! So can I now borrow 100K to invest in Bitcoin? :D

In real life Onwebcam was a survivalist who spent all his money, went into debt & claimed bankruptcy because he thought the end of days was near under Obama.

Now he's penniless living in his grandma's basement in Russia watching the Trump train slow motion crash so he's making up this debt free multiple properties owned fantasy to escape his reality. Sad

That cheap money has driven real estate prices to beyond ridiculous levels locally. They are selling and I am buying at the high. (But I'm buying lower than market) Interest rates are going up and in turn real estate prices will be going down. Besides you can essentially reduce your interest rate via principal payments.

The parcel I don't want to pay their asking could eventually be worth a fortune but right now it's just really overpriced bare land. I'll have the first option on it in the future in the deal. I'm taking a gamble that they will need the money in the near future and also that values will drop to get the price where I want it. That's if they don't give in and agree to my offer on the entirety now.

I'm not gonna brag about what I got, I don't need to. Ok I will brag about my Euro Blue Great Dane pup. I got him at 6 weeks old, he's 8 weeks old now and has destroyed my couch, which I was told was going to happen, but it's worth it, he's the best dog ever and super smart. My new couch will be delivered Friday :thumbsup

Yeah thats a definite drawback and something I considered and brought up with the breeder and this little guys grandparents lived to 12 & 14 and the parents were both on premises 8 & 9. I had heard they could only live to 6 years old on the low end and wanted to make sure I got a pup from good stock. No guarantees though. Carpe diem :thumbsup

This is 9 year old Dad
