Cheap Hosting

I have a wordpress site right now and I am looking to move it to a new host. This blog will be controversial and offensive but legal. Can anyone recommend a cheap host that respects the 1st amendment to the us constitution? I don't care where the host is located. I just want to say what I want to say. :helpme

If you want something very cheap you can try Hostblast it's a very good hosting for the money you pay! If you want to spend something more like 2,30$ a month you can go with HawkHost

I would be reading their terms & conditions and asking the hosting provider if it is ok too.
