In America we have states rights, that's why the feds have been powerless to stop the legalization of cannabis the last 12 years since we legalized cannabis here in California in 1996.

I'm sorry this Trump story didn't go your way (again). The feds are powerless to interfere with certain states rights? :1orglaugh They have simply chosen not to push this issue. There is a reason no state legal cannabis grower can have a FDIC bank account, etc. You are as poorly informed on this matter as most others you cry about.

This is basically a good thing but on the other hand it keeps legalization nationally in the 'grey area'. Maybe that's where the Feds want it since they get to tout States Rights while still reaping the benefits of the War On Drugs, namely continued weapons and defense production (and prisons).

But I doubt there's a coincidence between this news and Governor Cuomo's recent statements on the subject of legalization in New York (OMG WOO HOO PLEEEEEEEEEZE!). So I am calling this a Win for the Potheads.
