I had planned on being a vet, but a couple of similar experiences ultimately turned me off to it.

Damn, I’m still crying after watching the Somebody To Love video. That was too sweet. I am a dog person — had mine for eighteen years — and I despise cats, but those kittens were too precious. (mine was put to sleep due to pain, inability to walk regularly and we knew life was too painful for him).

First video was funny, first the kitty in the beginning looking at the fanfare like, “what the fuck???” and the big, black guy singing falsetto!

Great promotional videos from a worthy cause. I tape quite a few Animal Planet shows. Dr. Jeff, Dr. Dee, and the comical dog shows. A wagging tail can cheer you up and put you in a happy place for a while.

Animal cruelty angers me and the fines are pitiful. Slap a child and get a year in prison. Abuse an animal and pay $500 court costs. A few years ago there was a huge animal cruelty farm a few miles away. 600 dogs, 50 cows plus hundreds more with no shelter in winter, no food or water for days, dead animals left there, etc. When I found out I was moving here, I hoped it wasn’t near that farm.

The bastards are still awaiting trial, in jail. I only hope some inmate gets a shank or shoves a broomstick handle up their asses. Prison is too light a sentence for them.

I hope that family in your story rots in hell. I read that last night and it broke my heart. Don’t toss an animal. Shelters are around and so are veterinarians. Bring a pet to the vet and ask them to place them with someone. People want pets but can’t afford to buy them. You can feed them real food for not much money. A small cat or dog can eat an extra piece of chicken, leftover tuna, leftover whatever. You throw away enough daily to feed a pet. Veterinarians cost $$$ BUT veterinary schools do work for very little I’m told.

Assholes indeed. Give them a crown! Err, pull out teeth with pliers and no Novocain and let them gets crowns.

here is one that really gets me... the lady that got school prayer banned, got kidnaped as an old lady with her son and granddaughter... some combo like that... the guys got 600k in gold coins after draining the bank accounts etc... they put the coin and storage and then killed the family in a cruel way...

AND THEN some fucking RANDOM cholo's robbed the storage place and got the 600K in gold lol!!! no one ever got caught and the coin was never found....

and the murdering fucking kidnapers ratted each other out and all got prison til death do you part...

now that's a great story... and I love the gods redemption/revenge weirdness in it...

I don't think he is that fucked up lol!!
