But, he, especially now, after Brandon, the only good guy left in this- oops, sry for my rude language; "monkey busines" maybe also got scammed by his mentors,... now it must be announced to the world, there might be SOMETHING fishy about AFSC old and new and so.

According to the CMS you had a long history of doing trade deals or buy and sell with AFSC for a few years, and perhaps the old owner does owe you money, which is none of our business. But we made a decision to stop working with you and other traders/brokers similar to you and cut you all off, similar to what we have done with Ackerman.

You are part of a group of 3rd party sellers that involves a few "euro" brokers, you buy content from legitimate companies on behalf of a "buyer" for web rights (NO resale) and then within a few weeks the content is spread amongst the other sellers in your group and its offered for sale without any legitimate rights.

For example: During due diligence, we found a complaint issued from a buyer who was offered Woodman Entertainment content from Julia Reeves. But Julia Reeves didnt have any rights to the content at all, none. She told old AFSC staff she got it from Sasha (Germany) and Sasha said he got it in a deal with Ackerman that was never paid for, funded or signed. But since some of the content was downloaded for "lets see the quality" next thing you know all the "euro" brokers now have AFSC's Woodman content without rights which are now actively being DMCA'd. Julia acknowledges the error and removes it. Then after ownership changed hands we discovered that Reeves contacted one of our biggest clients xhamster and using the stolen Woodman content created her own channel and earning revenues. So much for correcting the error, again she confesses "i have no idea why xhamster has your content under my studio, must be some mistake".

So come full circle Juri aka Michael, who do you do most of your business with? Sasha and Julia.

Maybe your deals are legitimate. But we can no longer operate under "maybe" deals. And this deal https://gfy.com/content-theft-and-yo...g-content.html almost killed the sale of AFSC. We prefer no risky deals with questionable rights transfers.

Part of the problem with the old owner was that he appeared to look the other way when bad things were caught or found out to shield people he liked or showed favor with, and that just makes it worse. That wont happen now. We catch liars or thieves or shady people, we will let everyone know.

We are here to sell fully licensed content, that we have on our servers available for instant download. Anyone buying from these 3rd party content brokers really need to be careful what you're getting into.

So we are sorry we have banned you from doing any business with AFSC like we have Julia and Sasha and Ackerman, but it was necessary to clean up the longstanding mess.

Why not show and give company excerpt of yourself first before taking over the role of a policeman?? Every cop will proof identity before he arrests you, maybe you knew out of experience. ;-)

That is the most normal thing in the world, USUAL business, to show you are legit owner, company excerpt and DBA and wahtever. From a registration act paper under terms of law for your country, "Mr. Business Man whoever you really are" ... We do not hide, will you keep on hiding?
That'd be better than telling twisted stories, and so much trying to be clever.
Be clever and show the world a new face of AFSC along with normal business manners.


As long as you do not proof company statues which includes you, that things, (company papers FYI https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Company#United_States ) you get from notaries and company registries you know, as long as you don't prove this and also that you yourself may sell woodman and all the other named studios, its better to stay a bit more quiet or stay disqualified and shout out BS. So, show the forum you are legit, action not words.
