One story I read hinted suicide since he was hospitalized last year when suicidal. Alcohol and drugs and depression were reasons for his hospital stay and therapy.

RIP. He had a brief career and finding more work must have been hard.

I think you're right. It was some sort of suicide. Alcohol problems.

I thought he might not have had work also but the imdb listing indicated he was fairly busy.
