Paxum wire not arriving
 

So on 13'th April I requested a wire from Paxum, it's 23 Monday here and still no show. Should be 3 business days... I opened ticket, no reply. Is paxum a joke ?

Took 6 days for me to get wire from Paxum

Have you received both confirmation emails? It seems to be a two step process:

1. "paxum.com: Withdraw Funds By Wire Request Initiated"

2. "paxum.com: Withdraw Funds By Wire Request Completed"

In my case (which was 6+ months ago) the time between the two emails was 6 calendar days, then there's the usual wire delays on top of that.

BTW I notice my wire was exactly $AUD25.00 short of the amount that Paxum stated they were sending.

So I got charged $USD50 by paxum
Plus $AUD25 by some intermediate (possibly the third party that Paxum uses)
Plus $AUD12 by my bank

So all up I paid about $USD80 in fees just to get my funds. :mad:

if the amount is above 10k$ it sometimes takes a little longer.

I never had a paxum wire not arive. They have been a little slower at times though.

But overal paxum is awesome

if I do a wire transfer request on Monday, I have money on Friday,
if I do it on Tuesday - I have the money next Tuesday.

EFT to Chase was submitted 13 days ago. Nothing arrived as of today. Tickets unanswered.

Ruth to the rescue ...

Mine came within 3-4 days Canada here. I'm sure things are all different when it comes to certain banks and countries.

I requested a wire $xx,xxx on the 12th, ruth says it will be 3-5 biz days.. it's been now 11 days and no wire.

No problems with Paxum transfers in The Netherlands ;)

After problems on their site Ruth told me they would send a manual transfer. Still waiting for the wire. It's been four weeks now.

I requested a wire about 2 weeks ago, after a week I got a message saying they cannot send wires to Mbank (my bank). First time i've ever heard of someone not being able to send money to a specific bank, but ok. I then added another account at ING, resubmitted and money arrived after something like 4 or 5 days. Smaller amount though, it was like 700something euros only

Starting to look like epass V 2.0.
Tried calling 866 number and talk to representative and it goes straight to "Leave your name bs" At least there was useless Abdul answering phones. Probably had to shut down their call center. Fuck. Not this shit again.

I requested a wire on the 10th, still no money. I opened a ticket last week, still no answer

I never got the second type of email , before the wires were arriving, still never got the completed email....

I requested a wire on the 18th, still didnt arrived. Never had problems with paxum before.

What is the status of the wire in "Withdraw Funds History"?

I usually find it arrives within 24-48 hours of it changing from "submitted" to "processing" after which it then turns to validated (occasionally it'll change to validated before it arrives).

Confirm it works. I've just received mine.

My wire shows as "Validated" though it never arrived....
the lack of support on this does not look good.

Either it's true they're overwhelmed by all the new clients , or....

For reference I started a wire late last week and got it within 48 hours...

Not sure if it makes any difference but I've been using Paxum exclusively for wires for ~2 years.

The absence of Ruth here and replying to my emails worries me. I will stop signing Adult Centro licenses and I think other people should put pressure on the people who pay them via Paxum.

I think Validated means a staff member has approved it, and possibly has initiated the send.

My last wire still shows in the transaction list as Validated, although it has been received (and Paxum emailed me a message to say it was completed)

I saw some alarming statuses when trying to get my first few EFT payments through... Returned, Rejected, Suspended. And each time I had to chase up what this meant and why it had happened. Paxum did not notify me or advise that I had to resubmit. So keep an eye on your transaction list and contact them if the status changes to something that doesn't seem right.

Paxum to EU bank account is 5-7 working days.

If you mean EFT, that's different to a wire.

it's now 13 days and no wire.

ruth told me 2 days ago she will check with accounting, and still no email from her.

Ruth seems to of disappeared.

Anyone heard from her since last Friday?

My money arrived today so everything seems to be fine. I submited the wire on 18th.

I got my wire Today, seems the sender is different now. Used to be Akirix, now shows up as Transfermate or something like this

So, it took only 2 days? Cool! :)

Nothing from Ruth for nearly a week on here now.
