Donald Trump's lawyer Michael Cohen says he will take Fifth Amendment in Stormy Daniels case

President Donald Trump's lawyer Michael Cohen said on Wednesday he will assert his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination in connection with a lawsuit filed by adult-film star Stormy Daniels.

In a filing in a California federal court, Cohen said he decided to invoke his constitutional right after the FBI raided his home, office and hotel room two weeks ago.

Its confirmed, Trump has the dumbest lawyer money can buy.. This case with Stormy is a civil case, pleading the 5th is for criminal cases.

This means the judge will hear all available information and make a judgement which will almost certainly be in Stormy's favor...

The dumb is strong in this one.. pleading the 5th in a civil case pretty much means you lose and can't fight the judgement. Hopefully Stormy is suing for a shot ton of money.. lol
