Paxum, where's my $xx,xxx wire we requested 11th of April?
It's been now 15 days since you approved our request for a wire from our corporate account. It still did not arrive. 2-3 days ago, Ruth said she'd ask accounting, so far no replies or answers. Why is this taking so long?? What's going on? |
This deserves attention.
|
It is in motion.

Supposedly my EFT has been processed but nothing in my account, I will not accept Paxum payments anymore until this is worked out 100%,it has already cost me a needless $144.00 in overdraft charges
Ruth and customer service seem MIA, probably just need to write off the lose.. |

That stinks

Ruth's been awol for almost a week now!
The lack of communication from Paxum considering the seriousness of the current issues posted on various threads here, is simply not acceptable. |
I’m still getting my business account wires like clockwork. Takes about 7 days, every week Paxum wires XX,XXX. I know just enough to know they are overwhelmed with tens of thousands of new account applications. That plus all of the other account questions and withdrawals has them very taxed with manpower. Hopefully these issues are resolved soon.

Hi ContentPimp,
I'm sorry you haven't had a further response from me. Every department is swamped with a high volume of queries and so everyone is encountering some delays with responses, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I don't see an email in your sig so I can't easily identify you, but as soon as accounting updates me about your wire I'll respond to you. Please note, our accounting department is also swamped with work due to an increase in withdrawals as a result of a significant increase in the number of clients we have. Please rest assured you will receive your funds, we apologize for the delay. Thanks :) |
Where is the wire I asked for and you said was done manually?
I don't see it in my bank account. |
Quote:
I'm sorry for any confusion. You were unable to transfer funds between accounts to change currency, as a result we manually transferred the funds for you. We did not initiate any withdrawals as we typically prefer for clients to initiate their own withdrawals to ensure the correct information is used. When I emailed you to tell you the transfer had been completed manually I was referring to the transfer between accounts. Please log-in to your account and you should see the funds there, and you can request a withdrawal at any time. Thanks, Ruth :) |

Ruth.
Any chance you can address the concerns in all the other paxum threads that have gone unanswered for almost a week ? I for one, would like to know if my temp card has been sent out yet. Thanks |

You should be able to see the status of your replacement card inside your Paxum account as card status is now visible inside accounts. Thanks, Ruth :) |
Nothing is showing in my account regarding the status of any new card.
One thread here says some people are seeing it, some are not. Do i need to apply for it ? I thought these cards were being sent out automatically. Thanks |

Ruth, still not clear if some of the temporary cards have already been mailed as of today??

I have no idea what takes so damn long. |
It sucks to have to post on a forum for something to get done. It usually works though. Ruth seems like a great person, and is probably doing her best to represent the company. Being swamped really isn't a good excuse. It takes 2 minutes to respond to a email.
|
my wire from 10th was returned back to Paxum :Oh crap, at least I see my money again...:)
|
Yes it takes two minutes to respond to an email ...
BUT With EVERYONE AND THEIR DOG who are unable to read and understand basic communication and then like helpless little idiots requiring personal help and assistance in getting even the smallest issues done - it creates a massive backlog. Imagine 1000 clients sending an email each, asking questions today. If each email takes ”two minutes to respond to”, it would be 2000 minutes of uninterrupted work time. That is 2000 / 60 = 33,33 hours So even if one was at the computer, answering emails non-stop for 24 hours straight, it still would not be enough. Next day, another 1000 clients send individual emails, with same questions as the other 1000 clients did the day before. People need to stop emailing over silly little things! Contact normal support, if they give a ”dummy answer”, then try again and phrase your question differently. Obviously the support people are not the brightest of the bunch but some of the people here who write in are totally unable to express themselves in writing. |

While of course I'm all verified. Is this normal and the "card status" will show up soon? :) |
This is so similar to the epass shit... just in slower motion.

EFT to JP Morgan requested on 4/11 showing up as pending today.
Instead of usual paxum Crilixxx (or something like that) its wire (not direct deposit) from some Midwest bank of Chicago and Chase charged extra $15 for it. At least its not the bank of Malick :1orglaugh and I have the money. |
Friday has ended, no wire still. Now comes super long weekend, 4 days of fun. That'll make waiting for wire 21 days if it arrives Wednesday.
It takes us 2 days to get the wire from our Hong Kong bank. Ruth why does it take this long to get the wire? |

https://gfy.com/fucking-around-and-p...m-cards-1.html Ruth finally came back onto gfy after a 6 day absence, but as you can see she waltzed in and waltzed out and hasn't clarified the matter. Paxum need to create a new thread with Q and A - So everyone knows where they are at. This is getting very messy. It's all over the place. They are not taking care of all their existing clients. They seem more interested in taking care of all the new applicants and keep using that as an excuse for all these huge delays. Good luck getting your card :-) Hopefully we will get some good news soon. |
