you can use an instant exchanges. i used it a few times. took like 2 mins to get exchanged and they are companies.

well done, smart boy, and now show the address of these "instant exchanges"
I will tell you: almost for a year no company offers instant exchanges on the paypal-paxum side - if you know any, please let me know here.

oh yeah its been a while for me. since i stop accepting payments on paxum. i wont say why they closed it. live support is online...
