So has the quality of youtube increased yet?

Did those people get paid out? Or did YT keep the cash?

I got paid but I met the minimum payout.
I don't see any reason why they would pay anyone who had less than $100 in account.
The partner program ended but nobody was kicked out of adsense.

Paul Markham needs to get into this thread and explain all of this.
