No that was the first part, it seems she is now going for a defamation of character charge as well.
What's been politically heated is the denials and lies that have come out of the Trump team surrounding the case and the method of payments made to Miss Danielle's and the possibility this is just one of many " Fix It" jobs Cohen has done for Trump.
Mueller as part of his investigation in to Russia meddling in the 2016 election investigated Cohen, he believed he saw crimes that were outside of his jurisdiction and passed them on (like any cop would do) to the US attorney’s office, Manhattan, where Cohen was already being investigated for tax evasion. What’s already clear though, is that a raid to seize documents from a lawyer — the president’s lawyer, no less — is incredibly unusual.
