Starting April 19, The Alienist season one will be available to stream on Netflix, but there’s a catch. The show will be available to stream internationally, everywhere but the U.S. and France. So technically yes! But basically, no, not really. Boo!

Check out Anon, watched it and it's pretty damn good. Also a AMC series that's on Netfli x called Badlands is pretty cool.

I tried to read the novel years ago and couldn't get into it... but Ill give it a try. thanks

I just looked at the previews of the alienist on you tube. not for me. too dark, I like better lit stuff. no patience for artistic obfuscations of events

That's weird. Normally it's the US that gets first shot at new shows.
