Can I still transfer it to my technically valid card from choice bank and withdraw it from atm?

Nope, card loads stopped working like 3 weeks ago, cards issued by Choice Bank can't be loaded anymore. There are a lot of threads about it, just read.

It works great to transfer to the card - no problem at all! Why would you even feel a need to ask? You have the card, you paid for the service - go ahead and use it and enjoy the great service you’ve already paid for.
