WCX Coin - Was it a scam?
A while ago on GFY there was some hype about a 'WCX Coin'. Kinda a bit of a circle jerk, where we all signed up under each other etc in return for 50 coins iirc, I signed up under rougeteens - I only signed up once.
Anyway, had an email to goto the site, and exchange my free tokens for something else. Followed the instructions and got an error. Today I tried again and cant get back to that same screen. (Big Surprise) & I now have a balance of zero in my account. Not really all that bothered, but was it jus a scam to generate interest, or have I done something wrong? Enough people were signing up so surly I cant be the only one who got the email? |
OK well I tried again and this time found the thingy I needed and it seemed to work. Apparently I've got some of them, but in order to do anything, I need to validate my ID...
Of course, ID validation is not currently supported yet lol So, imho a load of nonsense, but not the bait and switch I had suspected :) |
majority coins are scam except few and yes i did invest in couple of scams.

There are few good alt coins out there. But many do ICO and scam away.

The greater fool theory states that the price of an object is determined not by its intrinsic value, but rather by irrational beliefs and expectations of market participants. A price can be justified by a rational buyer under the belief that another party is willing to pay an even higher price.

Only just read the email saying we have to exchange the coin for XT Coins. haven't done so yet.
There was a lot of talk that it might turn out to be a shit coin so nothing lost if it goes tits up except for the time it took to fill out the online form in the first place. |
