Paxum mail problem

Do you guys get confirmation mails without problem? I'm trying to get new approval codes table or disable the type of approval but whatever I try I don't get confirmation mails...

Official Electronic Mails typically take 1-2 hours to navigate the system.

(That is of course after the CIA, DIA and NSA intercept Official Electronic Mails, scan the Official Electronic Mails and archive the Official Electronic Mails)
