Honestly, selling just domains is very difficult these days.

You'd be better off developing it and putting a bit of time to gain some traffic first.

I hear ya, this name already gets a trickle of traffic...it was an adult portal back the late 90's early 2000's. I'm not really into developing more or so buying and selling digital assets i.e crypto and domains.
