So, Donald Trump just fucking blew it with North Korea
Trump had most perfect opportunity to do something great handed to him, and he completely fucked it all up.

it's the deal of the day! trump is a deal maker after all! https://www.whitehousegiftshop.com/p...summitcoin.htm |
it was never going to work anyway...the US government is too detached from reality and actually believes that kim should give up nukes while USIS drops 25.000 bombs/year and has 1000-s of nukes...nothing is "blown" because there was no chance for a deal to happen anyway...
|
OMG what a surprise !!!
This idiot is totally incapable of making a deal and wouldn't know one if it slapped him in the face. His book should have been call THE ART OF THE CON. |
Trump has no political or diplomatic experience, no ambassador to South Korea, and a gutted US State Department.
Trump seems to think of things in very simple terms, thinking he will just be able to walk in and have a fireside chat and fix things over a cup of tea or some Kentucky Fried Chicken. He doesn't seem to understand that in order to get to that point hundreds of people on both sides need to make a lot of agreements in advance. I remember when Kennedy was meeting with Khrushchev at the Vienna summit the Russians wanted Kennedy to wear a hat because they didn't want Khrushchev to "look bad' because he was wearing a hat (because it was so damn cold out). It's complicated. Trump had no idea it was this complicated. |
Does this mean no Nobel Peace Prize?

tactically it was the smartest move KJU used the hoopla to sway the negotiation hoping to get trump to do an Obama....ie inre Iran Obama was so commited to a deal that he didnt negotiate he took what he could get to say he got a deal....KJU was hoping Trump would do same...instead Trump said you need this deal more than I do, I am out....KJU mistake was releasing all 3 hostages had he released one with the promise of the others when the deal got done Trump would have been in a tougher position to walk away from....mark my words this aint over NK needs sanctions lifted thats what brought them to the table in the first place, that and pressure from China....I actually expected this I also expect e will come back to the table...a deal just for the sake of a deal is always a loser

You guys have been blowing Moon Jae-in for the last month praising him for this summit and said Trump had nothing to do with it. Now Trump pulls out of summit the same guy you all said did nothing thre end of time is coming. Let Moon Jae-in handle his problem since you all think he should get the nobel prize since he set all this up according to you all. Pull our troops out bring them home and let those 2 country's sort there own issues. They attack our allies bomb or us bomb the shit out of them and turn NK into a parking lot.
Hell let Trudeau or any other presidents or and other foreign ministers step up to the plate and try to denuclearize NK. You fucker around the world depend on us to protect your ass which i have no issues if justified but to come on here and bitch what OUR president did or not do. Have your leaders step up to the plate if you so damn worried at NK. On a side note summit is still on and is going to happen :winkwink: |

"resolve issues"......... come on. How do you "resolve" nuclear weapons? give up 1/2 of them? promise not to use them on us like the American government is promising not to attack NK while publicly stating the libya model? All while bailing on the Iran deal at the very same time.
why would NK be genuine in that statement at all even? It's brilliant really.. what happened?? ..........we're still wanting to resolve things. |

Then they screamed it was just a PR stunt Then they screamed he wasn't a serious candidate Then they screamed he wasn't going to get the nomination Then they screamed he wasn't going to submit his financials Then they screamed he wouldn't win the nomination Then they screamed he stood no chance at all of winning Then they screamed that he cheated because he won Then they screamed Russia helped him cheat Then they screamed...... etc etc etc etc Oh, and what is the Democratic platform right now? Exactly. Like the rest of the nation, I don't know either. But,... Muh Russia! |
well, ftr, I didn't do any of that. What I did do was scream at liberals about those things, and I did that way before trump. Trying to get them to wake up. It didn't work.

North Korea's Foreign Ministry released a statement this evening that they: "reiterate to the US that we are willing to sit face to face at any time and in any way," It's the Art Of The Deal to walk away from the table. Just as Trump has been saying all along. You wouldn't have even wrote this post if you would actually LISTEN to what the President is saying instead of hearing it through the prism of biased news channels who misrepresent everything that the President says and does. |
I hope you're right Robbie, I'd love to be wrong on this.

he doesn't need nukes. china would blast him if he did...the usa would if he did.
china is not going to allow an invasion into north korea b the usa...south korea wont permit it either. fatboy kim is not going to end up skewered or hanging. this is korea...not libya or iraq. fatboy has a huge bodyguard sitting next door who has an interest in keeping the buffer in place. south koreans still feel that north should be unified...some still have relatives there north needs this to happen, trumpster is just making sure he is going in strong if cnn said the sun would rise at midnight half you guys would go outside to check it out |
North Korea's Foreign Ministry released a statement this evening that they:
"reiterate to the US that we are willing to sit face to face at any time and in any way," that doesn't gibe with the conclusion of trump's breakup letter to Un: "If you change your mind having to do with this most important summit, please do not hesitate to call me or write. The world, and North Korea in particular, has lost a great opportunity for lasting peace and great prosperity and wealth. This missed opportunity is a truly sad moment in history." |

But I thought Kim cancelled last week? LOL Ya'll some suckers.
"North Korea says it is still willing to sit down for talks with the United States “at any time, at any format” after President Donald Trump abruptly canceled his planned summit with Kim Jong Un." |
Back in January, Democrats confidently predicted a "blue wave" would wipe out Republican control of Congress in this year's midterms -- as polls showed a massive lead for the party in the so-called generic ballot.
This forecast is looking less certain as that lead shrinks by the week, with one poll even showing Republicans on top. The "generic" ballot asks voters which party they plan to support, without getting into specific candidates. As recently as April, a Reuters poll showed Democrats with a 13-point lead. Some Democrats cited various surveys, including a CNN poll in December that showed an 18-point lead, as proof that they'd at least claim the House in November. “#Megatsunami next November,” predicted an excited Rep. Ted Lieu, D-Calif. I learned a new word today: Megatsunami. As in, the 18 point lead Dems have in the generic ballot point to a Democratic #Megatsunami next November. https://t.co/gl5xSigoz4 — Ted Lieu (@tedlieu) December 20, 2017 But that lead has all but disappeared, with Reuters' latest poll showing a slight Republican edge of less than 2 percent. The trend is reflected in other polls. A CNN poll this month showed the Democratic lead at just 3 percent, down from 16 percent in February. |
The clueless leftists spend all day bashing Trump.. and then:
https://scontent-iad3-1.xx.fbcdn.net...f0&oe=5B8D6F9B Yet, a funny thing happened this evening. North Korea issued a statement saying it was regretful over the American decision and asked the U.S. to reconsider. “We express our willingness to sit down face-to-face with the U.S. and resolve issues anytime and in any format,“ the conciliatory statement read. ”Our commitment to doing our best for the sake of peace and stability for the world and the Korean Peninsula remains unchanged, and we are open-minded in giving time and opportunity to the U.S.” It seems the president’s gambit worked. What the media failed to acknowledge was that North Korea had been refusing to respond to U.S. diplomats who’d been trying to arrange the details of the June 12 summit. So Trump called it off, and in the process called Pyongyang’s bluff. Whether or not it worked is still undetermined. But, for the first time in weeks, North Korea has responded. And it says it wants to negotiate. The Art of the Deal. :cool-smil |
Some more of that there goddamn winning! Yee Haw!
