Do TGP sites still work? Can a new site succeed? Or the TGP sites are dead?

Some are still doing quite good.

It is hard with these sites because most of them are plug redirect traffic, no content on them. Some still work good, I guess.

Anything can be good! If you create a high quality TGP with great content then there's no reason why it wouldn't do good :).

A new one? Not without a budget for buying links and traffic.
