PHIL-FLASH-CASH.com
You guys need a unsubscribe link in your emails like professional web companies have.
This email was sent using CCBill.com affiliate system. You are receiving this because you are an affiliate of PHIL-FLASH-CASH.com. that is how most ccbill based sites work. I always found it funny when some would get mad at me and write email after email and I told them they've wasted 20 mins on emails for something they can themselves fix in 20 secs.

Yes your right, - I don't use ccvill anymore. I don't want to search for a password or requests a new one for one site that emails me. I think the internet has advanced as far as to able to have a one click unsubscribe. Maybe site owners using ccbill could drop them a line and tell them to catch up and save them from getting their emails reposter as spam.
(Just info, not a know it all post:winkwink:) CAN-SPAM Act. #5 Tell recipients how to opt out of receiving future email from you. Your message must include a clear and conspicuous explanation of how the recipient can opt out of getting email from you in the future. Craft the notice in a way that’s easy for an ordinary person to recognize, read, and understand. Creative use of type size, color, and location can improve clarity. Give a return email address or another easy Internet-based way to allow people to communicate their choice to you. You may create a menu to allow a recipient to opt out of certain types of messages, but you must include the option to stop all commercial messages from you. Make sure your spam filter doesn’t block these opt-out requests. https://www.ftc.gov/tips-advice/busi...guide-business |
At YNOT Mail we have a lot of people who pull their lists from CCBill and then mail through us - much easier to control what you want to put in the email such as unsubscribe links (which is a requirement really), the emails get through, plus we have tracking.

OP is right, this is ridiculous and annoying. Everyone sending out a damn newsletter Must Have the unsubscribe button. Everything else can be true, but is bulshitting, it is not my job to look how to unsubscribe... :2 cents:
