i noticed a big difference between the two
1 namesilo turns off domains at midnight. namecheap does not
2. namecheap does not offer all domain privacy namesilo does

I guess thus has something to do with gdpr

Damn. I recently renewed a domain plus whkisguard. Now I am broke a fuck.

I got the email too, lot of savings if you have over 100+ domains.

I had about 10 to renew this month. Glad I waited until today to do it.

I got nothing like this on godaddy, they will charge for whois privacy?

But I like the phone calls I get from solicitors in India pretending to be local. It's lonely here in Canada.

Now, I got the email as well. Now, that might be cool, but I would not be surprised if the prices would go up because of that.

That is not for public use, you shouldn’t share that. And also, they give free SSL with every whois now too.

2. they offered a paid whois
3. now offer free whois
4. Somewhere they will have to find a profit now!
5. namesilo.com and porkbun.com have offered free whois ever.
Sure, if you have less than 10 domains, it does not matter to you. at ~ 100? Only this year, I moved 12 domains from namecheap, there is still ~ 30.
