The FBI has done nothing wrong. They received reports from a foreign government that Russia was working with the Trump campaign, and investigated - which is their job. They didn't send in a spy; They had an informant ask some questions.

This seems to me like an attempt to obstruct justice on the part of Trump. Rudy has already come out and said it - This is going to lead to impeachment, which means Congress has to vote it, which means they need to create the story ahead of time. They are trying to obstruct justice by planting false rumors before the impeachment process even begins.
