First I am organising a funeral for a guy that nobody liked - Seriously...

If you were to learn how to say NO and stop doing charity work for unappreciative people, they'd turn on you in an instant and think nothing of it. And some may very well turn on you anyway, AFTER they get what they want from you. Its a way of sending the message: "I'm not in debt to you for what you've done. So don't ever expect a damn thing in return for it."

Doing kind things for people is respectable. But to most people, its viewed as weakness to be taken advantage of. Its a lose-lose situation for you. So instead, I'd suggest you devote of your time and energy into bettering yourself, not others.

Being nice has never gotten me in trouble, you be careful who you're nice too, if they constantly take advantage of you just stop being nice to that person but don't charge just because of one single person..:2 cents:

This is such bs. I do nice things all the time with zero or little payback. But my life is amazing. I get deals other people don’t get because everyone knows I am nice. They know I appreciate it, sure you get the person described above but who wants to hang with them anyways?
