Lost transfer loading money to Paxum?
Hey
anyone else having issues with Paxum's new setup? I'm finding it terribly clunky with my account getting limited often due to the short invoice payment window. But still finally was getting the rhythm down when the following happened...
But anyway, I sent a transfer back in April and while after a few weeks they removed the limit on my account after finding the missing payment... but they never actually credited the amount to my account. So I've been fighting with support over this since of course account got limited again because the latest invoice included the already paid amount. So I'm just wondering if anyone else has been having any lost transfers issues because after over a month of trying to get this resolved I'm pretty damn fed up with it
