Old Reddit v New Reddit
 

Which do you prefer?

Took a little getting used to but I think I like them about the same. For me, the new layout doesn't really improve the site, it just makes it different.

old one looked like something from 1998, the new one looks like something from 2008. definitely a step towards the good direction, but not quite there.

i am too old for reddit, it's too confusing for me.

I rarely use the web / browser version since I would always browse on my phone using the Alien Blue mobile app which has been unchanged over the last 6 years.

When did it changed? On my end it looks the same

basically, there will be a subject that interests you, you click on it, then soon realize that the top ten posts are the worst of all dad jokes you could possibly think of and it has gotten upvoted and is flooded with dozens of comments of how good/bad the joke was and follow up jokes that are often even worse and if you get all through that you forget what the topic was...

I can't stand new reddit.

The design is not so important. Reddit is my favorite site since it brings value, heck, sometimes I can find more useful info there than on google directly. I kinda like old school sites, I don't know why. They probably bring back nice memories.

The new one is slow and bloated as fuck.

How can you adapt to this industry if you hate change?

It's a serious entrepreneurship issue :P
