He can buy/sell gold or silver pretty much same way as altcoins. You're not buying any money making asset. You're buying pretty much goods (or a useless thing) and you're speculating with it's future price. Also take a look at the historical data of coins especially altcoins...



My advice is: do not try to reinvent the wheel - just do what the Warren Buffett is doing and you'll be fine.
If you're looking for high returns - then you're basically gambling with your hard earned money.
