1) He is a citizen of Kyrgyzstan (clearly written in his driving license, which was issued also in Kyrgyzstan and it even written at his face...) So he has never been Russian. He is an Asian gastarbeiter here. Russia is #2 country after the USA by the amount of migrants. You have Mexico, we have post-Soviet Asian republics + China + Ukraine and Caucasian republics like Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan etc. To be short: you have only one border which disturbs you, while Russia is literally surrounded by the countries that constantly deliver millions of legal and illegal migrants.

2) He was not drunk (Kyrgyzian Muslims don't drink). He had 2 year driving stage and only 1 month stage of driving in Moscow. The village idiot simply confused gas and brake pedals after 20 hours of continuous driving w/o any rest. Course it's a serious crime, but not because of DUI and it was clearly not a terrorist attack.

3) Shit happens and it's good that nobody has died because of that traffic accident.

Are you drunk or on drugs? You are that migrant who is an alien in a foreign country - not me. I'm a Russian (by both: my nationality and my citizenship). I was born and I live in Russia. Since when I'm a migrant? I'm such a migrant as Putin, Medvedev, Yeltsin, Gorbachev (I mean the former Soviet president), Brezhnev, Khrushchev, Stalin, Lenin (my grand grand father has lived in Simbirsk and he has made a passport for Lenin when he was going to fled to Finland ;)), Peter the Great, Lomonosov, Gagarin and almost every person who you have heard about - all of them have moved to Moscow and St. Petersburg from other regions of Russia. It's my country and I'm free to live anywhere I want. In contrast to you, I don't need to visit Czech police station every year to confirm my status as a migrant.

Большой город это сила. Слабые покидают его и их место занимают другие, т.к. тупо родиться в нем недостаточно. Одно дело - с рождения жить в родительской квартирке, что за бесплатно подарило государство во время приватизации.
