Here where I live we have a man confined to a wheelchair, and he goes from business to business and if they are not "wheelchair accessible" he sues them.

He sounds like a hero to me. He is just bringing attention to the law that is supposed to provide equal access. Not exactly suing to get rich. More like using the system's tools to get the system to live up to its fullest potential.

A guy I know sued walmart because a garden tool fell on his kid got paid $200k
