Yeah I don't remember my password and I need to update the tool as it wont import videos

reset password, fine.. sends an email, click here to reset password.. click that.. we will send you an email to reset pasword, click that, same again.. round and round and round and round

says I need to signup to contact them, yet im signing up because i dont remember my login details, and reset password just takes me in circles

i could sign up for a new account, but there should be an easier way
