He didn't know that Puerto Rico is an American Commonwealth territory. He yelled:

“If you’re an American citizen, why are you wearing that sh*t!” he yelled. “If you’re an American citizen, you should not be wearing that shirt in America!”

An angry racist man was caught on camera over the weekend berating a woman for wearing a shirt with the Puerto Rican flag on it in the United States — despite the fact that Puerto Rico is actually a U.S. territory.

In the video, which was posted on July 7th, a woman wearing a Puerto Rican flag shirt calmly tries to explain to a man who has been yelling at her that Puerto Rico is actually part of the United States, even though it is not officially a state.

However, the man was not convinced by her factual arguments and proceeded to follow her around and yell at her some more.

“If you’re an American citizen, why are you wearing that sh*t!” he yelled. “If you’re an American citizen, you should not be wearing that shirt in America!”

The man also informed her that “you’re not going to change us” and said that “the world is not going to change the United States of America — period!”

The woman repeatedly asked a nearby police officer to intervene and restrain the man as he followed her around — but the officer refused multiple times to intervene.

Eventually, a male bystander confronted the man and got him to leave the woman alone, even as the officer looked on.

Somebody ought to have kicked the drunk racist in the nuts...and then report the cop who as typical did not want to get involved, he should be a bag boy at Walmart and not a cop..:2 cents:
