Any help would be great guys, is building a ad network something worth going after ? hope you guys can help, I am new here and am feeling a little discouraged from posting.

what do you mean by Video Ad Network?

I want to create my own ad network, I will be running VAST Ads in addition to banner and text ads, need to know what the best platform to achieve this is.

Here is a solution I was also planning to check out. Let me know if you manage to check the demo if it works as expected.

Question: Once you create your network, how will you be attracting webmasters/advertisers ? There are many networks already and it's pretty hard to top off their CPM/CPC rates.
