For me voter ID isn't so much the issue as other things the hackers could do. There was a voter booth outage for several hours in California recently during the primaries. There are also reports of hackers trying to get into the voter rolls. Imagine if on election day huge blocks of voting machines went down or hundreds of thousands suddenly disappeared from voter rolls so they weren't able to vote? It would be chaos.

Yes, voter ID and fraud are important, but other things scare me a hell of a lot more.
