Samsung fucking sucks
 

Every Samsung app sucks balls. Why do they have to ruin their phone with their shitty apps? :mad:

They like to smell of poo in the morning...

Their typing screen is nothing to write home about either...

My S8+ is the first phone I've ever had screen burn on :disgust

i like the samsung health app
i use it to track calories in and out

I only use the active minutes and steps thing.

does the steps thing still register 400 steps while i'm sitting az my desk for 1 hour?

Reset your phone so you have root access and then you can install only apps that you want. I have a S9 and a Huawei Mate 10 pro. Both rooted..working like a charm

I might give that a try. I've never rooted a phone because I've heard it's easy to brick them.

Lookup on youtube or google for samsung related forums. the thing goes pretty forward
. However, if in doubt..ask somebody who really knows how to do it.

root it, own it.
remove it. enjoy it.

Install BK2 app (disables bloatware)
Install android apps that you want to use (like Truecaller etc)
No one is forcing you to use Samsung apps.

Altho i love Samsung internet browser + adblock plugin for it. Far superior to Chrome, Firefox, etc.

I love my S9 and I've had a tab S10.5 tablet since 2014 that still works great besides the headphone jack.

I suspect it does as I happened to have the screen open as I was taking it to the charger and I saw steps increase in real time.

By how much exercise you say you are doing and the walking/running it monitors.

I've always thought that Android in general just feels cheap.

Worse than the Apps are the Android/Samsung updates that changes all the graphics on my phone! One day an icon is blue, then green, then...fucking choose a theme and stick to it! Ugh.

I'm not familiar with their software, but their hardware is something which lives forever from electron beam displays and VHS to mobile phones and tablets.

It happens like once per year. The last android update is pretty nice.
