JerkDollars using SpizCash copyrighted material

I know most people here only care about video and photo content, but misusing others' copyrighted text isn't acceptable either. Note that JerkDollars.com/programs.php refers to SpizCash. Idiots didn't even bother to change the name after copying the text from SpizCash. If JerkDollars.com / ErosArts, Inc. would steal someone else's intellectual property, then they don't convey the trust and confidence of operating a clean business, that I'm looking for as a webmaster.
