Paxum EFT Update – New Currencies Added! CZK; GBP; MXN; NOK; SEK
 

Paxum is pleased to announce the addition of 5 new currencies for EFT withdrawal. Verified Paxum clients can now withdraw funds via EFT in the following currencies (as well as EUR and USD):

CZK (Czech Koruna)

GBP (British Pound)

MXN (Mexican Peso)

NOK (Norwegian Krone)

SEK (Swedish Krona)

EFT Withdrawal can be accessed from the Withdraw Funds section of your Paxum account. The fee is $5 USD per EFT withdrawal with a maximum per transaction limit of $5,000 USD

The currency conversion will be completed inside your Paxum account.

That's nice but no use as you charge arm and leg for currency conversion. Except in case if i would receive currency directly.

Hi Ruth, when will you reply to my posts regarding the "real" paxum card and limit change to $1k per day again?
Ignoring your customers makes the company you work for look bad.

We have new branded cards coming soon, but I don't have an ETA for you yet.

With regards to the current load to temporary card limit unfortunately that has to stay at $500 USD per transaction for now. Please rest assured we will notify everyone when it has changed.

No, it is a different card issuer. I can't give you the limits as they may change before we go live with them. It wouldn't be fair to give you incorrect information.

Are you looking at the ability to withdraw USD to those of us with USD accounts in Canada (I use TD, for example, and have both USD VISA and USD Bank accounts through them, alongside my Canadian ones). I'd prefer to do USD to USD, obviously, versus having it converted to CDN. I am able to wire out USD from Paxum without issue to my USD account with TD, so I assume EFT in same currency is possible?

Next week will be 3 months since it was mailed, you doing serious business or not?

It would help to know in which country you are.

About if they are serious, this is about international mail delay, not Paxum. But of course it would help if they could offer to send the cards using Fedex!

I made an account on cosmo, and the card arrived in 15 days. Super fast. That's why to me looked like Paxum specific problem.
I live in South Europe.

Hi there, please open a ticket in the Message Center of your Paxum account to ask for a new card to be issued for you. We ask you to allow up to 6 weeks for delivery of your card. If it hasn't arrived in that timeframe it's best to contact us to reissue a new card.

I have applied AGAIN for card, as first one got lost or whatever to both me, my wife and brother.... And I applied 40 days ago with urgent shipment...
Not even printed yet... is it worth waiting?? Ruth please advise as this is becoming crazy... :(

As I see it the fee on FX is around 3%. It's a huge fee, but still lower than Paypal. I can't help it, but it feels like daylight robbery.

guess need to wait, not being a troll , but my "temporary card" has expiration date 2020, wich means maybe need tro wait till 2020 to have a new NOT temporary card

Same here - submitted on 2018-07-17.. In fact, they were fast only in the express delivery fee.

I officially gave up from paxum- it will cost me more by using alternative methods, but atleast i will be stress-free. Not to mention i lost some money as i tried to evade wire/conversion fee by spending it on some crappy ad networks. But alteast they didn’t stole our money lol.

Still don't got it ! More then 4 months and I also order new one with express shipping and not even printed yet :(

Since I like my stays in Prague, and Brno, and I have a Czech Bank account, being able to withdraw in CZK would be useful. But, withdraw to USD in USA is top priority.

Not useful unless you receive payment in it, since FX fee is quite high.

Not for me. My bank gives me the exact FX rate at daily cutt-off time and charges 5 bucks in fees.

Hello Ruth. I like Paxum, but this thing with the cards is making your company look quite amateurish! Asking a customer to pay more money since the card probably got lost, as your customer service guys are saying, and now I am waiting for the second time and still nothing. Do I need to pay again? It is not about the amount which is not big, but why can't you simply ship those cards? Thanks.
