Do Your Parents Know What You Do?
In a discussion about my former life, I was asked this. It made me curious about how people handle their adult profession with relatives.

They have an inclination as to what I'm up to but no concrete reasoning to believe it is so.

All of my family has been dead for a long time, but for my son. He knew at an appropriate age. My son's mother died a few years ago, she knew since day one, she actually knew before I decided to start filming content. She was very supportive. I've been on television numerous times about working in adult. I came out when I was 17. I've never had issues being honest with people about who I am & what I do, when appropriate, about sexuality and/or profession, but I think it's something best reserved for the appropriate time, after first impressions settle in.

Currently I don't work in "porn" but instead do "email marketing" for YNOT.

my job is mild (mostly seeing numbers and such), it's never been a secret that it's adult though. they're both cool with that, as long as it pays well.

In my personal opinion, unless you ever meet with pornstars in person, shoot content, or work in a studio where you are within spitting distance of sexual acts taking place, then you are NOT in porn.
If the nearest you come to it as an image on a screen, then you do 'Internet Marketing' Myself? Been a proud pornographer all my life, and parents knew everything. Never done anything else really since the early 80s |
