Promoting them from last few days. But didnt see any spender.

Just give them more time. A few days is nothing for a cam sponsor.

sucks for me too, so you're not alone but it only takes one spender to make it worth while.

I’ve promoted for a few months and get 1 or 2 signups here and there. I make $3.99 once in a blue moon. I was wondering myself.

I ran them last year on good traffic and got a ton of sales and wasn't even worth the time it took to add the links to my sites

Good sign up ratio, keep at it for a 4-6 more months and then reevaluate.
