ePayments cards - update ! Mastercard is reviewing Their card programme

Dear xxxxxxx,

Mastercard is reviewing our card programme, an event that is not specific to ePayments.

While this review takes place, we are have been unable to issue new cards.

Mastercard is also undertaking a wholesale renewal of chips.

As a result, existing cardholders can continue to use their card, however, we will be unable to reissue cards to existing customers should their card be lost or compromised after 6th August.

We are continuing to work with Mastercard throughout this review as well as explore other options to support our customers.

We will keep everyone updated on progress and inform customers of any change in circumstances.

Yes, MasterCard changes the cards with new. Also other companies like ePayments do the same.
