Reporter Murray Waas said that he reviewed a White House memo that “explicitly states that when Trump pressured Comey he had just been told by two of his top aides — his then chief of staff Reince Priebus and his White House counsel Don McGahn — that Flynn was under criminal investigation.”

That is 100% obstruction of justice. Trump's only leg to stand on with this matter was if he could argue he didn't know Flynn was under investigation when he tried to pressure Comey to drop it. His former WH officials have testified he knew...

He knew everything mid Nov. when NSA Director Mike Rogers broke ranks and went to NY to tell him..

It's all coming out the next 60 days before the midterms and the fractured Republican party is paying dearly already.

FBI investigators who interviewed Michael Flynn last January - one of which was anti-Trumper Peter Strzok - thought Flynn was telling the truth about his conversations with Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak, and that any inaccuracies in his answers were unintentional - according to accounts of a closed-door March 2017 briefing given to lawmakers by former FBI Director James Comey.

If they would start looking at it from the perspective that Trump knew about the fraudulent FISA apps and the fraudulent investogation derived from it since Nov 2016. They might get a clearer picture as to what really went on.. Such as where Comey claims Trump kept referring to "loyalty." He wanted Comey to come clean about the investigation he was secretly running but he didn't.. So he got the ax.

The recent revelation that the FISA warrant was leaked in full unredacted to a NYTimes reporter back in March 2017 and that leaker has been indicted proves that there are behind the scenes moves being made and parts of the full story are being withheld for a reason...

I figure they will let Democrats have August recess time to play with themselves...
