Devin Nunes was recorded at a fund raising event for the GOP where he explained why they aren't pushing the Rosenstein impeachment. His claim is that if they pushed to impeach it would tie the Senate up which would force the Senate to drop everything and not be able to confirm Trump's SC justice pick.

That's all nice and all but there is more in this recording in which Nunes openly plots obstruction of justice.

"If Sessions won't un-recuse and Mueller won't clear the president, we're the only ones -- which is really the danger. That's why I keep, and thank you for saying it by the way, I mean we have to keep all these seats"


He is basically saying if Trump is found guilty by the Muller investigation Republicans in Congress are there to invalidate the findings.. (ie Obstruction of justice)

The HPSCI controls ALL of them... The police, FBI, CIA etc aren't elected officials.. Similar to how a sheriff has more power in his district/county than any police officer and/or or federal enforcement because he is an elected official. He answers to the people.. The HPSCI is pretty much the Sheriff of all federal law enforcement.... District Attorneys, Judges, FBI CIA NSA every fucking federal alphabet enforcement there is. They ALL answer to HPSCI... That's why he gets pissed when they hold shit back....
