New MC Paxum card can't be linked to PayPal account

I tried to link my new Paxum card to my PayPal account and it wouldn't let me.

Anyone else having same problem?

Used to be fine with the old cards.

If you mean New Temporary MasterCard, then it's working for me.

You are in Pakistan they don't link cards electronically to the third world.

No never work fine with old card. PAXUM card NEVER work with a paypal!
