Having more registered voters than eligible voters isn't too much of a crazy thought so long as it's not a crazy number more. People move, people die, etc. and they don't always keep the voter logs 100% up to date and accurate. The worry is when more people vote than people in the area. So, sure, 170 voters over the age 115 on the rolls doesn't shock me. That some of them voted does and it needs to be looked into.

More registered voters than "voting aged citizens" << BIG DIFFERENCE Not just eligible voters.. The entire census data over the age of 18 #s... Now take into account how many answer census questions who aren't even actual citizens in CA......

To me, still not a big issues. There is a big difference between registered voters and people who actually vote. Many places have voter rolls that are very out of date.

It's all about who actually votes.

Of course, all of this could be easily solved if every state did as my state dose and voted by mail, but that is not going to happen anytime soon.

I have no problem with requiring an ID so long as the state has a program in place to help those who might have difficulty getting an ID because of cost or just not knowing how to go about it.

My issue is that most of these voter ID bills also include other things that shorten voting days, restrict ways and time periods to register to vote, restricting who can vote etc. That shit is just straight up voter suppression. We shouldn't be making it harder to vote, we should be making it easier. As I said in a different post above, all states should do as mine does and vote by mail.

Besides an ID they should make voters take a test to make sure their IQ is above retard. That should eliminate a majority of chumpanzees
