I would be surprised. Manafort is very arrogant, and believes he has done no wrong. He knew the evidence against him, and from what we have seen publicly he has made no attempts to strike a deal.

Manafort is guilty as sin. It's obvious. He was making tens of millions of dollars from the Russian government (yes, his money was coming from the Russian government) and not reporting it, and then hiding it in foreign banks.
