Trump was paying back Cohen for his payment to Stormy Daniels, after he became POTUS!
 

So Trump was making payments to Cohen for his felony campaign finance violations after he became president, via fake invoices to the Trump corporation . Cohen paid Stormy Daniels in October 2016, a month before Trump was annointed POTUS by the corrupt Electoral College.

Not illegal. In fact, I think that part of the charges will be dropped Friday.. The judge gave both sides until Friday to make any changes to the plea agreement... They actually had 14 days and both sides requested more.. Judge changed to Friday.
