August 20th I got this email.

The launch of our new two-step verification feature means your account is more secure than ever. In order to successfully complete the launch and provide maximum protection, our team needed to reset your old MC password.

To access your account, please use the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen.

The "forgot password" option is not working. In fact my ModelCentro and McProfits affiliate sites are still inaccessible. My wife's ModelCentro site password is not working as well. I have opened a ticket the 21st, but no one has bothered to get back to me. Is anyone else having these issues?
Is there anyone here that is connected with ModelCentro that might have a clue about this?
