No football team with 18 players that are going against schools with teams that have 30-50 players on them will never be able to compete. They were getting ground into the dirt.

There are better ways to spend your Friday nights than getting your ass kicked. Quitting is never good, but sometimes it makes sense to decide there is little or nothing to be gained by getting steamrolled every week.
