You could go after their funding.

uploadgigdotcom/premium/index/3839323930

copy and paste the url and change out the dot with a '.' :)

then you'll have to signup with some fee email account to get down to how they bill, and then include them in the dmca emails, I can assure you that seems to get these scumbags attention more than anything. If they think your fucking with their money, they will sooner delete your files than deal with you complaining to their sponsors and money sites :1orglaugh

The bluff might work, but unfortunately, it seems that the companies running the affiliate programs are complacent and don't take notice to things like this. Wish they did.

OP: If you do this and it does work, let me know. I actually want to compile a list of traffic companies / affiliate programs who are responsive to things like this. Make it easier for people to know whether or not they can get leverage with sponsors or not.

It's not a bluff WebcamStartup, if their company that is doing visa/MC billing doesn't reply, simply take it up the food chain.

https://usa.visa.com/Forms/report-ip-abuse-form.html

I can assure you that Visa takes it seriously :helpme

It's a bit of paperwork to go thru, and you have to show them how the infringing site is using Visa to take payments, ut worth the time in my opinion

:2 cents:

Anyone have a success story reporting pirate domains directly to Visa? Do you have to be the copyright holder, or can anyone pull this stunt? If it's legit, I'm shocked I haven't heard about this from BSing with DMCA agencies.

[EDIT] sorta answered my own questions by checking out the form. Guess you have to be copyright holder or legal rep. Still though; any success stories? I'll mobilize a fucking camgirl army of copyright holders if this works!

I've never actually had Visa shut anyone down, but I've gotten a number of the file lockers that now remove our files on the first dmca notice, after including them in the cc so they saw what was going on with their billing :) So it's not a direct win of getting them shut down, but they definitely didn't want to find out if Visa would actually shut them down, so the files came down, and thus Visa closed the cases that I have opened!

You're a rockstar! Thanks for this! This information is definitely being shared, and intellectual property owners in the industry will have one more arrow in their quiver, as far as anti-piracy goes!

Rest of GFY: If anyone else has success stories with this tactic, I'd love to hear.

haha, free time? What is that? it's good. I do part-time work at a phone sex company (I don't talk dirty to anyone so don't ask for my 800 number). And I still do work as an affiliate but make most of my money from cams.

I actually just ordered a new desk and chair today to maybe be more productive but guess I'll be napping more too (GTRACING High Back Ergonomic Gaming Chair Racing Chair Napping Computer Office Chair With Padded Footrest)

I wish there were more people fighting the good fight, but it seems that content theft has become an everyday practice. I still have to hit the big 10 every couple of weeks to get my videos removed, which you would think that they would see my copyright notice, and big logo and know that I didn't approve letting anyone upload a 45+ min video to pornhub. But just like clockwork I can search pornhub every so often and I have 10 or 20 videos to have taken down

You know I'd be more than happy to send every tube out there a hash of my videos, and they can then do a 10 sec check with stuff that get's uploaded, to make sure none of my videos are in there :) But do they really care about the content producers ??? No they don't. They will start to care once we've all decided to stop producing content, but until the lake dries up, nothing is going to change.

There are 2 gfy members on the board that are content thiefs, one is trying to sell ad space Pvibe and the other is trying to sell his warez/pirate content site as Yuhuuuuuu. No one seems to bent out of shape about either one of them being here, in fact I've contacted both crakrevenue and exoclick and they have both been silent up to this point. I guess I'm going to have to create a post stating that the two of them actually support content theft, since I have proof in the 2 post above.

Each of the asshats that are content thieves are very open about the fact of what they do, and in fact they think that they are doing us a favor but exposing our content to 1000's of people every day. My only problem is that neither of them have my content on their sites, and the poor sap's that they are stealing from Czechcash don't seem to give a fuck. So until we get people that are producing this content to stand back up, and take the fight to them, we are all loosing the battle.

I've been looking at changing out my desk for one that allows you to stand up, I think I might get more done, and not feel so tired at the end of the day :1orglaugh

Sorry habibjr for hijacking your post and going on a rant about content theft :Oh crap

marlboroack 09-11-2018 10:20 PM

Did you ask them politely what the fuck is up?

habibjr 09-11-2018 10:31 PM

Thanks for the info. I am going to look into the visa procedure. I think that is the best bet. I also am using digireg and dmcaforce but it only get a very small % of the copyright materials removed since most tube sites arent using digital fingerprinting option to remove videos.

TFCash 09-11-2018 10:42 PM

Your other tool in the fight against content theft is google. Make sure to get them delisted for any url that they have listing your content on!!! No traffic = no money :)

overdose 09-12-2018 03:55 AM

all these hosts and they're still after Kim... xD

habibjr 09-12-2018 07:44 AM

Just fyi,. I sent them an email stating I will be reporting you all to visa within 24hours if the links are not taken down. They were taken down within 24hours. Thanks you all for the great advise.

TFCash 09-12-2018 08:23 AM

Like I said fuck with their money either directly or via google and taking away traffic and they take notice :1orglaugh

I'm glad you got your files removed, but keep and eye on those urls, I've had fuckers take them down for 30 days, then put them right back up. So you have to occasionally go back and check your dmca's that worked, and make sure they are still offline!!!

Keep up the good fight :thumbsup

habibjr 11-03-2018 09:51 PM

Alright here we go again..uploadgig.com doesnt respond to dmca's from me or dmcaforce. Am I the only one that has issues with these fools? I finally submitted the info to visa, let's she what happens!!

There are 100s of these crooks...Visa or MC will do nothing about it...but put some chick getting spanked on your website and they'll kill your business...the only thing which works is this:
