Trump's SC pick is going to be impeached even if Republicans push him through

Everyone in Trump's radar is a fucking criminal and a scumbag.. Trump's pick for SC, Judge Kavanaugh has lied under oath multiple times.. even if Republicans try to push him through, he will end up being impeached from the SC...

Say bye bye to SC pick Trumptards... we can wait until 2020 now..

Nothing but the best criminals and scumbags.... Drain the White House..

dyna mo 09-12-2018 11:13 AM

the word around the coffee machine is he lied to get the sweet judge job that got him the nom.

let's hope it's bad news bears for this guy. someone as unfit mentally as trump as well as being the head of a criminal family working with russian mobsters that can't even say nazis are bad shouldn't be picking sc judges.

BaldBastard 09-12-2018 11:19 AM

These crazy systems you have in the USA with life appointments, fuck when the laws were written everyone was dead at 65, sorta like your guns, the laws were written in a time so far detached from now they should be totally thrown out, they don't make you a better stronger country but weaker, how far into the future before the country realises that?

Question now that needs to be asked is: "How much perjury is too much perjury from a Supreme Court nominee?”

dyna mo 09-12-2018 11:21 AM

shut up aussie. we get that you're confused by people other than yourself.

when will you realize our system has worked much better than your's for much longer.

Acepimp 09-12-2018 11:24 AM

The SC will be 7-2 conservative by the time Trump is through.

Please seek help for your Trump Derangement Syndrome

"Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) is a mental condition in which a person has been driven effectively insane due to their dislike of Donald Trump, to the point at which they will abandon all logic and reason."

I'm confident our system withstands the trump era. nevertheless, you are not helping AND our system has functioned effectively enough to catapult US to the top.

You do realize that any impeachment has to:

receive a 67-33 vote in the senate for removal
survive an appeal to the supreme court

Kavanaugh might recuse himself but that would leave 4 conservative justices (at least) remaining against 3 liberals (at most).

Stop believing these childish fantasies please.

When he leaves office, if he's been found guilty of treason (and we know he is) anything he's "accomplished" in office should be nullified and stricken from history. At least the things that can be changed. Tariffs, SC Judges, Iran deal withdrawal, immigration stuff, EPA stuff...everything. We're living in an alternate reality where Republicans are having all of their wet dreams come true and this is just the stuff they've gotten away with so far. Worse is coming.

In addition, every Republican member of Congress should be expelled. Some of them should face a firing squad if there's any justice. They will not be looked at fondly by history and they should all rot in hell with their skin peeling off as they scream for the rest of time.

The reason Republicans are trying to jam through the SC nomination is because once he is confirmed by Congress it doesn't matter what happens to Trump because the SC is legally confirmed at that point.

After that it would require them dying, retirement or impeachment for them to be removed.

What I can say is from now on Democrats better not give a fucking inch to any Republican even from now on.. grind every thing they attempt to do to a fucking stand still coming Nov elections. No matter how simple it needs to be blocked and ground to a halt. Democrats need to become the party of no to anything Republicans want.

Republicans are scum and traitors to this country and our laws. They should be held in contempt from now on until they are a party of uselessness.

BaldBastard 09-20-2018 04:59 AM

Manafort went from 60 years plus more coming, to 10.
Trump can't pardon Manafort, he admitted State crimes in his testimony.

:) draw your own conclusions on that.

IF it was concluded trump committed Treason with a lil help from Putty, expect every ally the US has/had to fuck Russia back like never before. BTW Chinese only like one thing, money, they will fuck Russia off just as much.

A major problem is that the old fossil democrats are corporate democrats and are willing to deal with the republicans because it benefits their corporate masters. Time after time when they had their foot on the throats of the republicans, they eased up instead of going for the kill. They need to be voted out and replaced.

Instead of sweeping the leg, they'd rather pillow fight.

Moore said of Bannon. “I asked him, ‘How did you pull this [Trump’s election] off?’ And he said, ‘It’s a very easy answer. Our side, we go for the head wound. Your side, you have pillow fights.’ ”

Our system of "lifetime" appointments to the highest court in the land is very interesting. Some of these people stay way past their usefulness. The concept here is that the older someone gets, the more wiser they get. While this might be true, at a certain point the direct opposite is true.

All governments have a problem where their leaders become detached from the citizens they represent. A great example of this is Hillary Clinton, who said during her campaign that she hasn't driven a car in thirty years. I'm sorry, but someone who has not gotten into their own car at the spur of the moment and driven to a convenience store at 11pm because they want a snack does not represent the average person.

I don't think an eight-two year old man or woman should be making decisions about abortion. They most likely haven't had sex in twenty or thirty years, and are fifty or six years removed from the fear of being a single parent and being faced with decisions a nineteen year old has to make.

We might want to consider some changes to lifetime appointments.

nico-t 09-20-2018 06:47 AM

a lot of people have been impeached... inside your empty head :1orglaugh

I would say most countries appoint such people for life. They can't be worried about getting fired, or forced to retire etc otherwise they couldn't possible be impartial.

Its same thing Republicans did to Bill Clinton and Obama. Each time Democrats played nice with the next Republican POTUS and worked with Republicans. From now on it's time Democrats play hardball and grind everything to a standstill until Republicans stop their nonsense.

actually, that's not at all the concept Richard, you should stop making things up.

The reason ALL US Federal Judges get lifetime appointments is to "ensure the integrity of the power granted to them and protect them from unwarranted interference from the executive and legislative branches of the government".

and there's actually nothing in the Constitution that states they get lifetime appointments. What the Constitution states is they can hold their appointment "during good behavior" with no necessity to resign otherwise

Scrapper 09-20-2018 07:42 AM

wait, are you not the same guy who said Trump would NEVER get elected? If so, would it not be wise just not to say anything?

BaldBastard 09-20-2018 09:42 AM

Even trump is admitting after the mid terms he's fucked.

"I want to know, where is the money for Border Security and the WALL in this ridiculous Spending Bill, and where will it come from after the Midterms?"

Knowing what we know now, Would you trust trump to choose a lawyer for you?
